Ovoid squat jar with lug handles and painted spirals. The designs are made with brownish paint. It is made of marl clay. The base is rounded, and the rim is flat and everted. The rim is chipped. One of the handles is broken off. It is in good condition.


From Mesaid (Mesa'eed) tomb 58, no. 3 [M/58/3]. 1910: excavated by the Harvard University-Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; March 2, 1911: assigned to the MFA by the government of Egypt.
