The hair of this votary is bound with a fillet. He wears a long himation over the left shoulder and the lower part of the figure. There is a rough tang under the feet. Smooth dull green patina, with earthy encrustation.

Provenance

By 1887: with Luigi Boccanera (said to be from the sanctuary of Diana at Nemi); March 25, 1888: purchased by R. Lanciani from Luigi Boccanera; purchased by MFA from R. Lanciani, 1888, for $493.92 (this figure is the total price of MFA 88.538–88.644 and 89.9–89.31)
