Limestone slab with sunk relief; showing on both ends the donor worshipping Osiris, Horus, and Isis (facing left), and Ptah, Sekhmet, and Nefertum (facing right), above Ptah: rmT ms nTrw, above Nefertum: xw tAwy. Broken in three parts; chipped. Cleaned and fitted together by Mr. Young early in 1949.


Said to be from Giza (limestone found to be from from Gebel Ma'sara). By 1948: with Dikran G. Kelekian, NY; 1949: purchased by the MFA from Dikran G. Kelekian for $1500. (Accession Date: January 1, 1949)
