Made of almost pure copper, this basin has a single band of inscription around its sides. It was part of a large collection of model tools and vessels found togeth in an intact tome.

From Giza G 2381 A (tomb of Impy). 1912: excavated by the Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of Egypt. (Accession date: December 4, 1913)
