The face is dark green, with inlaid eyes of polished limestone. The blue wig is bordered in yellow with red hatching. An elaborate double collar, painted red, yellow, black, blue, and green, covers the chest. Body painted white to indicate linen wrappings.

By 1988: Kathryn L. Maxson, Sherborn, Mass. (said to have been collected by her father, Richard E. S. Maxson, in Egypt many years ago); 1988: given to the MFA by Kathryn L. Maxson.
