Handle from a chest or a vessel

A handle of a chest or vessel, perhaps a cauldron, in the form of a bull's head with three rings from the face. The head is hollow, the rings solid. The design is highly stylized. The rings are flat and broad, each with an inset or incised circle at its lowest part. Green patina.
