Start collecting

The stone is white and fine-grained. The base is flat and footed, and the rim is everted. A long stem connects the cup to the base. It is broken and mended. Most of the cup is missing.

From Zawiyet el-Aryan, grave 52. 1910-11: excavated by the Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of Egypt. (Accession date: October 19, 1911)
