Fragment of an oinochoe. Nine pieces put together. Remainder of four standing figures. Poseidon, Hermes and two females. A vertical Greek inscription (in retrograde) in the center between Poseidon and Hermes, 'Taleides made it,' (TALEIDES [EPOIESEN]).

ΤΑΛΕΙΔΕΣΕΠΟΙ[ΕSΕΝ] retrograde.

By 1910: with E. P. Warren (bought from Bourguignon in Naples); purchased by MFA from E. P. Warren, June 2, 1910, for $4,000.00 (this figure is the total price for MFA 10.159-10.230)
