Sandstone fragment of a ba statue. Only the proper right side of the head is preserved. Some traces of paint remain. The surface is worn.

Coxe Expedition of the University of Pennsylvania; assigned to the University of Pennsylvania in the division of finds by the Sudanese government; 1907-1991: University of Pennsylvania Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology; 1991: received by the MFA through exchange with the University of Pennsylvania Museum. (Accession date: March 25, 1992)
