Clay figure of an animal. The ear and three legs are broken and repaired. The back is painted black with lines on the sides. It is unglazed. The clay is grayish white and soft. There are two inlay holes for the eyes.

From Tall-i-Bakun, near Persepolis. 1937: excavated by the University of Chicago-Museum of Fine Arts Persepolis Expedition. Assigned to the MFA in the division of finds. (Accession Date: December 13, 1945)
