Drachm of Alexandria with bust of Caracalla

Obverse: Laureate bust of Caracalla to right. Reverse: Nilus reclining right, on sphinx to left, cornucopiae in left arm, reed in right arm. Nike (?) standing at right, wreath in raised right hand, palm in left. Greek inscriptions worn and illegible.
