Blue-glazed faience foundation deposit plaque. Double cartouche featuring the feathers of Ma'at surmounting each name; details on one side only; broken in two but practically complete. Black color in incisions. See also 20.626-20.630

Provenance

From Nubia (Sudan) Nuri, pyramid 6, (tomb of Anlamani). 1917: excavated by the Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of Sudan. (Accession date: May 1, 1920)
