A human figure in a long garment faces a seated dog or jackal supporting on its head a staff with curved top. Behind the animal appears a divine symbol. At the end of the scene is a panel with three lines of inscription.

1936: Purchased by the MFA through Prof. Robert A. Pfeiffer.* (Accession date: April 2, 1936) *40 seals, 36.177-36.216, were purchased as a group for $500.
