Cylinder beaker

Start collecting

S ware cylinder beaker. The shape is uneven. The base is flat, and the rim is rolled. There are traces of black paint (two hieroglyphics painted in black). It is in very good condition. There is one rim chip.

From Zawiyet el-Aryan, grave 107. 1910-11: excavated by the Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of Egypt. (Accession date: December 7, 1911)
