Obverse: Draped bust of Faustina Jr. right. Inscription in Greek. Reverse: River-god Maeander reclining left, holds reed in right hand, cornucopia in left, himation over lower body. At right, vase from which water flows. Inscriptions in Greek around and in exergue.
