Obverse: Laureate, draped, cuirassed bust of Septimius Severus to right. Inscription in Greek. Reverse: Asklepios stands at left with snake-encircled staff looking towards Apollo Tyrimnaios at right, branch in his lowered right hand. Inscriptions in Greek around and in exergue.
