Obverse: Laureate, draped, cuirassed bust of Severus Alexander to right, gorgoneion on cuirass, aegis on left shoulder. Inscription in Greek. Reverse: Emperor on horseback right, spear in raised right hand. Inscriptions in Greek around and in exergue. (see media screen for Greek inscriptions)
