Obverse: Draped, cuirassed bust of Commodus to right. Inscription in Greek. Reverse: Hygeia standing to right, with phiale and snake; Asklepios faces her at the right, and Telesphoros stands between them. Inscriptions in Greek around and in exergue. Ancient silver plating and gilding.
