Obverse: Laureate, draped, cuirassed bust of Septimius Severus to right. Inscription in Greek. Reverse: Tyche of Neocaesarea, wearing kalathos and holding cornucopia, seated left on rock. At left three Tychai of Koinon of Pontus; at right two. Inscriptions in Greek around and in exergue.
