Obverse: Laureate, draped, cuirassed bust of Trebonianus Gallus to right. Inscription in Greek. Reverse: Hygieia and Asklepios stand facing each other. Inscriptions in Greek around, in exergue and in field. Considerable traces of silver coating preserved.
