Obverse: Laureate, draped, cuirassed bust of Septimius Severus to right. Inscription in Greek. Reverse: Emperor on horseback right, spear in raised right hand, kneeling barbarian beneath horse's forelegs. Inscriptions in Greek around and in exergue. (see media screen for Greek inscriptions)
