Obverse: Laureate, draped, cuirassed bust of Macrinus to right. Inscription in Greek. Reverse: Hygeia standing to right, holding snake and phiale, facing Asklepios at the right; between them, Telesphoros. Inscriptions in Greek around and in exergue.
