Canopic jar with disk lid

This limestone canopic jar and lid are carved of fine white limestone with fairly well smoothed surfaces. The jar has straight, flaring sides that culminate in high shoulders curving to a slightly rolled rim. The lid is disc shaped, characteristic of the Old Kingdom.
