Loops are applied on both handles of this squat bowl, through which a carrying rod is hung. (Sudan catalogue) Bucket with bail handle and separate lid. Handle supports rivetted on. Patch rivetted in side. (Card)

From Gamai, Tomb 115. January, 1915: excavated by the Harvard University-Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; 1924: assigned to the MFA by the government of the Sudan.
