Start collecting

This small bottle is made of thin citron-colored (yellow-green) glass. It has a globular base, straight neck and a somewhat thicker, wide flaring rim. It was broken into several fragments, some of which have been mended. Parts of the body and base are missing.

From the Fayum. 1902: Excavated by B.P. Grenfell & A.S. Hunt for the Egypt Exploration Fund; assigned to the Egypt Exploration Fund in the division of finds by the government of Egypt; given to the MFA by the EEF; received by the MFA on November 17, 1902. (Accession Date: November 17, 1902)
