Body fragments of a dish

Start collecting

Light blue, gray, and cream glazed faience body fragments of a dish. It is decorated with lotus flowers painted in black. There are two fragments total. The vessel has been repaired and glued together. The surface is worn.

From Sinai, Temple of Sarabit el-Khadim. 1905: Excavated by the Egypt Exploration Fund; assigned to the Egypt Exploration Fund by the government of Egypt; given to the MFA by the Egypt Exploration Fund.
