The base is flat, and the rim is flattened and everted. The proportions are not completely symmetrical. The rim thickness varies slightly. It has a rough surface. The surface coloration is somewhat uneven. The rim is chipped. It is complete.

Way through London dealers Rollin and Feuardent, 27 Haymarket); 1872: given to the MFA by Samuel's son, C. Granville Way. (Accession date: June 28, 1872)
