This pale blue glazed faience amulet depicts Ptah. It depicts the standing figure of the Memphite creator god Ptah in his human form, with several characteristic attributes, including mummiform wrappings, a close-fitting skull cap and was-scepter. Ptah is the patron of craftsmen.
