Ankh sign. One of many amulets mounted together taken from the mummy of Princess Mernua. Cut from sheet electrum, with suspension hook in back, incised details.


From Beg. S.85, Princess Mernua [Excav. date] March, 1923. Excavated by the Harvard University-Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA by the government of Sudan.
