Blue glazed faience openwork. Four-winged scarab grasping disc between front legs and rosette between hind legs. Above, a winged disc with uraeae. Three suspension rings at top, of which one is missing. Back plain. Broken and mended.

Provenance

From el-Kurru, pyramid 51 (unidentified queen of Piankhy). 1919: excavated by the Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of Sudan.
