Aker symbol. Each animal faces outward in opposite directions. Usually the animal is a lion, but these look falcon headed with lion forepaws. One of many amulets mounted together taken from the mummy of Princess Mernua. Cut from sheet electrum, with suspension hook in back, incised details.
