This is a string of twenty-six roughly made round and square wedjat beads of various sizes in blue or green glaze.

From Egypt, Giza, Debris W of Mastaba G 7769. November 1930: excavated by the Harvard University–Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of Egypt.
