String of beads

It consists of long strands of tiny faience beads, some loose and some tangled on modern string, blue and green glazes. No amulets present. Beads from this box have been strung with gold and faience amulets 20.1747 to make a circle for display in the Nubian Gallery.

From Nubia, Kerma, K 1604-13. 1914: Excavated by the Harvard University-Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA by the government of the Sudan.
