Spouted jar with decorative rilling lines

This jar has somewhat bulging globular sides with a short foot and wide mouth. Decorative rilling lines adorn the widest portions of the body. There is one spout. The rim is broken with some portions missing and two separate fragments remaining. The jar was once broken but has been partially mended.

From Wadi Alaqi (ASN113/120). 1911. Excavated by Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition for the Archaeological Survey of Nubia; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the Egyptian government. (Accession Date: August 2, 2006)
