Small squat shouldered jar

This small squat jar has pronounced shoulders and a rounded base. It is fashioned of an orange marl fabric and treated with a creamy slip.

From Qurta (ASN122/26). 1911. Excavated by Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition for the Archaeological Survey of Nubia; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the Egyptian government. (Accession Date: August 3, 2006)
