Sherds from a shouldered jar

Body sherds from a shouldered jar: unassembled. The exterior was red slipped and burnished; the interior was untreated. No base preserved; small bit of rim roughly parallel 13.5612 (jar with no neck and collar rim). Wheelmade.

From Giza, G 4140 A. 1913: excavated by the Harvard University-Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of Egypt.
