6 sherds from a jar: not reconstructed. 4 are body sherds and do not join. 2 come from the flat base and do join, preserving approximately 65% of the base's diameter. The jar was made on the wheel and its exterior was red slipped and burnished.

From Giza, G 4440 A. 1913: excavated by the Harvard University-Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of Egypt.
