This is a crudely molded scarab with a blue glaze and of hard white paste. It has hieroglyphs on the base and is pierced.

From Egypt, Giza, Isis Temple, Room S. 1926: excavated by the Harvard University–Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of Egypt.
