Pair statue

Upper part of a seated pair statue in white limestone. Headless male figure holding crook and flail on left with female at right, with head and face well preserved. Both broken away and missing below knees. A few signs of incised inscription between figures.

Findspot Information: [Excav. date] May, 1923 / See Diary June 1, 1923 / Exp. Photo / C 10035. Found re-used as building block in a post-Pharaonic construction at Coptos.
