Oval gem with bust of a young Julio-Claudian soldier (Nero?)

Light brown glass. Intaglio. Flat on both sides with inward back bezel. Bust of a young solder facing right. He wears a cuirass and a general's cloak (paludamentum). At right shoulder, one half of a shield is depicted.
