Miniature conical coarseware jar

This miniature conical jar is fashioned of rough, reddish clay. It has very thick walls and solid, almost pointed base. The rim is unworked. It is in somewhat battered condition.

Bahan. (ASN 17/50) .1907: excavated by the Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition for the Archaeological Survey of Nubia; awarded to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of Egypt. (Accession Date: July 6, 2006)
