Lens-shaped gem with winged horses

Light green steatite. Intaglio. Pierced for stringing (vertical). Head and front leg of two winged horses, arranged as mirror images of one another on each half. Between the head and the wing of the horse are drill holes; one drill hole on one half; two drill holes on the other.
