One of four wooden legs from a stool. Flaring at the top and bottom, with carved bands in the middle. 3 boxes of leather hide strips for the seat are stored.

From Nubia, Kerma, southern cemetery, KX, grave K1053. 1913: excavated by the Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of Sudan. (Accession date: December 4, 1913)
