Small ovoid jar with pointed base: body complete, missing neck and rim. The jar's body was handmade, perhaps by coiling, while the neck was made on the slow wheel or similar turning device. The exterior was coated in a white slip. "20" is written on the base in black ink.
From Giza, Menkaura Valley Temple, I-20-15. Excavated by the Harvard University-Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of Egypt.
