Fragmentary pair statuette

Pair statuette, man and wife against a slab. It is damaged and in bad condition. The man's flesh is painted red, the woman's flesh yellow, the background is black. The woman is headless.

From Giza, G 6042 A. 1925: Excavated by the Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA by the government of Egypt. Bottom statue in SW corner of kerb built by ancient thieves on top.
