Cylinder sheath

Five fragments only; gold plated silver, or electrum. Three fragments have incised decoration, one of these is a fragment of hieroglyphic inscription.

From Nubia, Nuri. Tomb of Aramatelka (Amtalqa). 1917: excavated by the Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of Sudan. Findspot Information: Found in the Tomb of Amtalqa (Pyramid 9 at Nuri), January 1917.
