Black-topped redware small-shoulder vase with small, flat base; crudely modeled with heavy wear and an uneven, ovular mouth, with two pressure cracks in the rim.

Provenance

From between Meris and Markos, Nubia (Egypt). (ASN 41/413/3, 1908). Excavated by Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition for the Archaeological Survey of Nubia; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the Egyptian government. (Accession date: May 19, 2006)
