Beads

This is a group of a few small faded faience rings beads and one carnelian ball bead. Missing about 600 ring beads that were sent to Richmond Virginia Museum of Fine Arts in 1961. See photo negative A 3247 for picture.

Provenance

From Egypt, Sheikh Farag SF 5045 thieves debris. 1923: excavated by the Harvard University–Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA by the government of Egypt.
