Amulet of Isis and Horus fragment

Lower portion of an amulet with the seated figures of Isis and Horus on a plain throne. The upper body of the figure of Isis and the child are completely missing except for the fragment of the arm.

Provenance

From Egypt, Giza, Street G 7000, debris S of Isis temple enclosing wall. 1926: excavated by the Harvard University-Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of Egypt.
