The spoon has an upturned handle tip with short midrib and rectangular stem, ending in an elliptical bowl. The back of the bowl has a broad drop with worn webbed-shell decoration.

On back of handle tip, engraved "I * B / to / L * B"

Marks

"D [pellet] Parker" in rectangle is stamped on back of stem.
